Media Equipment Reservations:

1. Visit http://eua.carthage.edu/forms/lis/equipment-reserve/ and fill out the form.  Please note that fields with an orange star on the right side of the screen must be filled out.  Any other fields are optional but may be helpful.
2. Ensure that you give at least one full working day’s advance notice on reservations.  Reservations made less than one full working day’s advance notice may not be honored.
3. Reservations are made first-come first-served which means that we can only fulfill your reservation request if we have available assets for the time you request it.  If we are unable to fulfill your request for a reservation, you will receive e-mail notification.
4. If we are able to fulfill your request, we will send e-mail notification to you.  Please review the e-mail to ensure that we have entered your reservation properly.
5. Because our agents communicate via e-mail, it is vital that the e-mail address you included is correct and checked often.
