No computer image in classroom
No Computer Image:
- Check the instructions for your room at http://www.carthage.edu/library/media/classroom-technology to determine that you have followed the proper procedure for connecting your computer.
- If you have followed the directions and the computer is still not projecting after being properly connected, press Fn and F7 at the same time. Please note: the Fn and F7 button combination only works for Lenovo Thinkpad laptops. Other laptops will have a Fn combination that works, but it may differ from brand to brand:
IBM/Lenovo = Fn and F7
Dell = Fn and F8
Toshiba = Fn and F5
Gateway = Fn and F4
3. If your computer is still not projecting, refer the issue to Media Services. Please surf to Request Tracker (help.carthage.edu) and “Create a New Ticket in Media”, explaining the problem you have encountered.
