Equipment Rack Power – Make sure these power switches are on at all times! DO NOT TURN POWER OFF TO EQUIPMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Red Master Switch – Located at the bottom of the rack.
Green Switch – Located on the left side of the AV switcher on top of the rack.
Amplifier – Power button is located on the lower right of the amp.
Volume – Volume for all devices is controlled through the program dial on the amplifier.
Connecting Your Laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad)

Step 1. Turn on the data projector using the remote.
Step 2. Make sure the projector is set to Computer 1 (Press computer button on the remote until it says Computer 1).
Step 3. Boot up your laptop COMPLETELY before connecting the VGA cable from the equipment rack. Then plug in the cable.
Step 4. Press your Function key (Fn) and your F7 key at the same time to send the image to the projector. Hitting this combination in sequence alternates between the image on the laptop, the image on both the projector and the laptop, or just the image on the projector.
Step 5. (Volume) Make sure that the audio cable is connected from your laptop to the equipment rack. The audio plug on the equipment rack is located directly below the VGA plug on the equipment rack. Select PC on the stereo located on the equipment rack. Volume is controlled through the program dial on amplifier.
Using the VCR
Step 1. Turn on the data projector by using the remote.
Step 2. Make sure the projector is set to Video (button labeled video on remote).
Step 3. Make sure all power switches are turned on (see top of sheet).
Step 4. The audio switchbox must be set to VCR.
Step 5. Turn on the DVD and play DVD.
Step 6. (Volume) Volume is controlled through the program dial on the amplifier.
Using the DVD
Step 1. Turn on the data projector by using the remote.
Step 2. Make sure the projector is set to Video (button labeled video on remote).
Step 3. Make sure all power switches are turned on (see top of sheet).
Step 4. The audio switchbox must be set to VCR.
Step 5. Turn on the DVD and play DVD.
Step 6. (Volume) Volume is controlled through the program dial on the amplifier.
*Turn off the projector by pushing the power button twice*
