To access your class rosters, do the following:

1)      On the Home tab, look for the area called Faculty Course Center

2)      If you do not see any courses listed, click the title "Faculty Course Center" or the "View Details" link.

3)      From the drop-down box next to Term:, select the appropriate term.  (RA2010 is Fall day school 2010, AA2010 is Fall I accelerated 2010, AB2010 is Fall II accelerated 2010, etc.  If you are unsure of the appropriate term desgnitation, contact the Registrar's Office.)

4)      Click the Search button.  Your courses should be displayed.

5)      Click the drop-down menu located to the right of the course you would like to view.

6)      Select “Class List”

This will bring up your current class roster in which you can view enrolled student information and make e-mail contacts.

Enter Grades

Mid-term and Final grade entry is located in the faculty course center. To submit final or mid-term grades, do the following:

1)      Follow steps 1 through 5 for class rosters as shown above.

2)      Select “grade entry” from the drop-down list for that course.

This will bring up your current class roster for grading.  You will only see options for final or mid-term grades, depending on which is currently available based on the date.

Notes: You may make changes to submitted grades until the grading period has closed. The grading period will stay open 48 hours past the last final exam.

Incomplete grades associated with a letter grade are a new grading option. Grades of IA-IF will revert to the corresponding grade when the Incomplete work deadline has passed. This grading method is optional.
