Logging into the portal

The old registration and advising site is still available for inquiries about PAST information, but it is no longer being updated, and you cannot register for courses or look up current or future course information using it.

The new portal is available at http://my.carthage.edu.  Use your NOVELL user ID and password to login at the upper right.  If you cannot login, test your Novell user ID by going to http://help.carthage.edu (the Request Tracker help request system.)  If you can login to this system but not to the portal (my.carthage.edu,) then report the problem either by creating a new ticket on the help.carthage.edu web site in the ERP-Portal category or by e-mailing your inquiry to erp@help.carthage.edu.  Tell us that you CAN login to Novell in Request Tracker but not to the portal (my.carthage.edu).

If you can't login toRequest Tracker (help.carthage.edu) either, then go to http://www.carthage.edu/password and use that screen to reset your Novell password.  Please read the screen carefully.

If you don't know your Novell user ID, it is the same as your e-mail login.  If you don't know your Novell password, you'll want to make sure you get that worked out before your time to register!  First try using www.carthage.edu/password to reset it, and if that doesn't work, contact the MyCarthage Resource Center either at 262-551-5950 OR in person with your ID. OR you can e-mail the request to computers@help.carthage.edu.  Make sure to specify you need help with your Novell user ID and password."
