Problem logging in to Novell?

If you are having a problem logging in to Novell using the Novell client on a Windows computer, please try these steps:

1)  Right click the red N in the system tray and choose Novell Client Properties
2)  Select the Service Location tab
3)  Verify that CARTHAGE is the only item under the Scope List.  If anything else exists (probably CAMPUS), get rid of it.
4)  Verify that 10.2.2.1910.2.2.2110.2.2.23 are the only items under Directory Agent List.  If there are any other numbers, delete those.
5)  Reboot
6)  After reboot, at the Novell Login choose Advanced Settings
7)  Verify Tree settings -- it should be set to CAMPUS.  If you see 10.2.2.1, 10.2.2.3 or 10.2.2.5 those WILL NOT work.
8)  Login to Novell
