Welcome to Request Tracker.

Please use this site to submit and manage help requests to the Library and Information
Services Department at Carthage College. You may log in with your Carthage username
and password at the right.

By logging in you are able to see any progress that has been made on your request or
send LIS a prompt to update or escalate your request.

Alternatively, you may also email your request to help@carthage.edu.

Request Tracker is monitored by full-time LIS staff during the following hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, except days when Hedberg Library is
closed.

If you need to report an IT emergency, please follow the protocol on this webpage.

For Request Tracker Service compliments or complaints, please submit them via the
Hedberg Library Feedback Form.
